The project you took on was not an easy one both logistically with me being so far away from your office and operating by remote control and the condition of the home which required several time-critical fix its. The efforts you went to to make sure I was kept informed of every step were extraordinary. Even when I was on the other side of the planet...you made sure I was kept informed and updated on the sales status. I wish I had this kind of dedication from my sales force sometimes. Once again a big thanks...for going the extra mile and keeping me calm through the process. I thought selling a 747 was pressure, but in reality is seems a lot easier than selling a home. I think there is less paperwork too!
